Our 2025 Year in Review
Each year I reflect on the positive impact my team and I have had on the people and organizations we served, the breakthroughs, the leadership lessons learned, and the growth experienced throughout the year.
As a keynote speaker on leadership and resilience, 2025 was a year defined by meaningful connections with new partners, continued collaborations with existing organizations, and opportunities to inspire audiences across conferences, associations, corporations, universities, and school events nationwide. Our team came together to share powerful messages around unshakeable resilience, overcoming adversity, and leadership, both in the workplace and in the community.
Top Four Moments That Inspired Me
1. Most Meaningful Audience Interaction
One of the most touching moments this year came from a repeat conference keynote in the cybersecurity space. After my session, a gentleman shared privately that he’d recently lost his partner and was now a single dad to his daughter. He said, “This was exactly what I needed to hear.” That moment reinforced an essential truth: we never truly know what people are going through on the inside. Creating space for openness, empathy, vulnerability, and resilience can offer someone a lifeline. This is the heart of impactful leadership.
2. Biggest Breakthrough or Lesson
This year was filled with uncertainty, and it really drove home the importance of focusing on what’s within our control-mindset, response, and the ability to adapt. Across events and organizations, this is one of the lessons that came up again and again.
3. A Surprise Opportunity
This year brought a surprise opportunity to join a cohort of incredible thought leaders. Stepping outside of my comfort zone opened new perspectives on leadership development, business growth, and collaboration.
It was a powerful reminder that growth is often found beyond the familiar, and that the right communities accelerate both personal and professional development.
4. A Behind-the-Scenes Story
Before one of the events I spoke at, I forgot my entire wallet before a flight and had to drive four hours to make it in time to deliver my keynote. This was a test in flexibility and focus. It was also a wild reminder that even when the unexpected happens, having your own “leadership GPS”- having a specific goal, knowing your purpose, and identifying multiple strategies to achieve success – helps you stay on track and focused.

In 2025, we had the privilege of positively impacting over 90,000 people through keynote presentations, leadership programs, conference experiences across multiple industries, as well as through social media outreach.
